Refund Policy
1. Service Commitment Refund
If PinkBlackGold is unable to fulfill our commitment to providing you with service, you are eligible for a 100% refund of your subscription fee. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 calendar days of approval.
2. Booking Error Refund
In the rare event that we fail to complete a booking as scheduled, you are eligible for a 100% prorated refund based on the cost of the missed trip. This refund will be processed and credited to the original payment method within the first week of the following month.
3. Subscriber-Initiated Discontinuation
If you decide to discontinue your subscription, please note:No refunds will be issued for early termination.Unused trips for the remaining subscription period cannot be refunded, carried forward, or transferred.
